Security Compliance Failure

February 15, 2025

Failed to address critical security vulnerabilities identified during the audit process.

Data Privacy Violations

February 28, 2025

System found storing patient data in non-compliant formats and locations.

Consequences

  • Your solution has been removed from the approved Digital Health Solutions registry
  • Public health facilities will be notified to discontinue use of your system
  • You are not eligible to apply for certification for a period of 6 months
  • All integration access to national health data systems has been revoked

Reinstatement Process

To be reinstated, you must address all the compliance issues listed above and submit a formal appeal. If approved, you will need to go through a complete re-certification process with enhanced scrutiny.
